These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.jubelpets.com and purchases from JubelPets Inc. (“JubelPets,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer our products and services.

By visiting the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or use the site with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your account credentials, and notifying us of suspected unauthorized use.

2. Products and pet safety

We aim to describe and display products accurately, but screen colors, dimensions, packaging, and minor product details can vary. Product availability and quantities may change without notice.

Choose products appropriate for your pet's size, age, health, and behavior. Read and follow product instructions, supervise use when appropriate, inspect products regularly, and stop use if an item becomes damaged or unsafe. Information on this site is general product information and is not veterinary or medical advice. Consult a qualified veterinarian about health or safety concerns.

3. Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site and may change before an order is placed. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other charges are shown at checkout when available. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method submitted for your order.

If a product or price is listed incorrectly, we may correct the information and cancel an affected unfulfilled order. If payment has been captured for a cancelled item, we will issue a refund.

4. Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance or shipment. We may limit or cancel an order for legitimate reasons including product unavailability, suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing errors, legal restrictions, or suspected resale. If we cancel a paid item, we will refund the applicable amount.

You are responsible for reviewing product options, quantities, billing details, and the delivery address before completing checkout.

5. Shipping and delivery

Orders may be fulfilled by third-party partners and may ship from different locations or arrive in separate packages. Processing times, delivery estimates, tracking, duties, and delay procedures are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless we expressly state otherwise.

6. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Our 30-day return window, eligibility requirements, exclusions, return shipping responsibilities, cancellation process, and refund timing are explained in our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Reviews and other content you submit

If you submit a review, photo, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person's rights. You grant JubelPets a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit for formatting, publish, and display that content in connection with our business and services. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

The site and its original text, graphics, branding, layout, and other content are owned by or licensed to JubelPets and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the site only for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. No right or license is granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

9. Prohibited uses

You may not use the site to violate law or another person's rights; transmit malicious code; interfere with security or operation; scrape or collect data without authorization; impersonate another person; submit false information; commit fraud; or purchase products for unlawful use. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store, Shopify, or others.

10. Third-party services and links

Some site functions, payment services, fulfillment services, carrier services, or links are provided by independent third parties. Their terms and privacy practices may apply. We are not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control, but this section does not reduce responsibilities imposed on us by applicable consumer law.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. Shopify also processes information needed to provide the ecommerce platform and checkout.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Any warranties that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable statutory product warranties, remain in effect.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JubelPets will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, or your mandatory consumer rights.

14. Changes and availability

We may update the site, products, or these Terms from time to time. The current Terms will be posted here with the updated date. Changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise. We may suspend or discontinue site features, but doing so does not remove obligations relating to orders already accepted.

15. Severability and waiver

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to JubelPets in Wyoming and the United States, without limiting mandatory protections available to consumers under the laws where they reside.
