These Terms of Service govern use of the JubelPets website and purchases made through the store. By using the site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

Store use

You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, scrape protected content, or misuse store materials.

Products and information

We work to present accurate descriptions, images, options, pricing, and availability. Screen settings and manufacturing changes can cause minor differences. Review product measurements, materials, care notes, and options before ordering.

Pricing and payment

Store prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are displayed before payment is submitted. Current payment methods appear at checkout. Additional details are available in our Billing Terms.

Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment. We may cancel or limit an order because of inventory, listing errors, payment review, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions. Paid cancelled orders are refunded to the original payment method.

Third-party fulfillment

Some products are stored, packed, or shipped by third-party fulfillment partners and may ship from different locations. One order may arrive in separate packages.

Pet use and safety

Select products that are appropriate for your pet's size, age, condition, and behavior. Follow product instructions, supervise use when appropriate, inspect items regularly, and discontinue use if an item becomes damaged or unsafe. Store content is general product information and is not veterinary advice.

Intellectual property

Store text, graphics, branding, page design, and original content may not be copied, republished, or commercially reused without permission, except where applicable law allows.

Third-party services and links

The store may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, carriers, review tools, and fulfillment partners. Those services may have their own terms and privacy notices.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights, warranties, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded in the customer's jurisdiction.

We may update these terms to reflect operational, legal, or service changes. The current version and its last-updated date will be posted on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to JubelPets in Wyoming, United States, without limiting mandatory consumer protections.
